A former Marine, Tim is a graduate of Fordham University in New York City. He earned his Law Degree at Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware.

Tim is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers & Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. His Bar memberships include the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association.
